Domestic Shipping - $15.00 USD via FedEx Ground, $45.00 USD via FedEx 2-Day, $80.00 USD via FedEx Overnight.

International Shipping - $50.00 via USPS Express Mail. Please note the recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes assessed against international shipments.

Returns:

IGNOBLE gladly accepts returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased directly from ignoblebags.com. The product must be returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt. If you would like to return an item, please contact IGNOBLE via email at contact@ignoblebags.com or via telephone at 310-936-9017 for return instructions.

Please note, shipping charges are not refundable. Also, this policy may not reflect the policies of our authorized 3rd-party dealers or retailers.

Product Care:

Product care instructions are simple, as follows:

- do not machine wash or machine dry bag;
- to remove stains and scuffs, gently wipe the exterior of the bag with a water dampened cotton cloth;
- to dry, place empty bag in cool dry location free from direct sunlight.

Warranty:

IGNOBLE backpacks are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will at our discretion repair or replace the product without charge. Note, this warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to IGNOBLE. Items shipped to IGNOBLE for warranty service must be sent pre-paid, and should be insured for their full value. IGNOBLE can not be held liable for lost in-bound packages or packages shipped without a valid Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. California State law requires that products accepted for repair be clean and sanitary. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty policy supersedes all previous warranty policies.

B-Stock:

IGNOBLE B-Stock products exhibit minor cosmetic defects in assembly or materials not consistent with IGNOBLE's quality standards for New-Stock products. All B-Stock units are fully functional, complete, and are covered under the same Warranty and Return Policies applied to New-Stock IGNOBLE product.

Due to the nature of B-Stock product, availability is limited.
